Some features of Pokémon Shuffle for Nintendo 3DS to end in March 2023

The Pokémon Company have announced that some features for the Nintendo 3DS version of Pokémon Shuffle will cease permanently in March 2023 along with the shutdown of the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii U Nintendo eShop. All features of Pokémon Shuffle Mobile will still be available.

From March 28th, 2023, at 9am JST, the following features will no longer be available:

• New download of Pokémon Shuffle from the Nintendo eShop
• Purchasing of Jewels

Those who have previously downloaded Pokémon Shuffle will still be able to re-download the software, and the game will still be able to be played as normal. Existing Jewels will still be able to be used in-game, however, any purchased Jewels cannot be refunded.

From March 31th, 2023, at 2:59 pm JST, the following in-game bonuses and activities will also cease:

• Daily check-in bonus
• Competitive Stages
• Monthly Pikachu log-in bonus

Additionally, if time or date settings on the Nintendo 3DS system are changed after March 31st, 2023, players will no longer be able to attempt all Special Stages.
