Each section has one (or in some rare cases, more than one) section heads who are in charge of supervising all staff work in that section.

The whole of the forums are under the authority of the Head Administrator, who is assisted in that role by the Forum Admins. If they feel that what a section head is doing is bad for the forums as a whole, they can overrule him/her.

Finally, the entire Bulbagarden site is under the authority of the Webmaster, Archaic, who is helped in that role by the Vice-Webmasters.

Now I have an organised hit list. BWAHAHA. B]

Just kidding. Thanks for this!

What is the "Emergency Lesion Task Force"?

For a few weeks now, some of the senior staff have been developing a new project: the Emergency Liaison Task Force (or ELTF for short). We've noticed that as Bulbagarden grows in size there has also been an increase in users threatening self-harm, or harming others. It's an unfortunate situation, and one that we intend to stop to the best of our abilities.

This is an entirely separate thing from infracting users for breaking rules. The ELTF steps in only if the physical, mental, or emotional safety of Bulbagarden's members is at risk, if a user is going to violate the safety of others, or where there may be possible legal repercussions. If a user threatens to commit suicide, we want to know about it. If a user threatens to commit an act of violence, we want to know about it. If a user is stalking or harassing or otherwise endangering a fellow member, we want to know about it.

We want to make sure that every member on Bulbagarden stays safe, and we'll do whatever we can to help you. Whether it be someone to talk to when you're feeling depressed or something more serious.

Forum Head: Soulweaver and Blazevoir, jointly (in case of disagreement, Soulweaver outranks Blazevoir)

Best thing I've seen today even though I know why
That Soulweaver is over blazevoir? Why?

Wow that is really good for the BMGf staff! Best wishes for this great project and everyone involved. It's probably one of the toughest jobs?
Thanks Task Force!
