Suggest an alternative typing for the above Pokémon

It's already well-typed as is... but I suppose it could be a Dark/Normal-type, as it is heavily associated with slashing and claws, and Slash is a Normal-type move. Not to mention, Normal seems like it was intended to be associated with wind in Gen 1, whilst Flying-type was supposed to represent birds. And wind is what its inspiration, the Japanese yokai which I will call sickle weasel, is all about. [Razor Wind is a Normal-type move, by the way, and that move is the one that most represents sickle weasels in my opinion. Even though Weavile doesn't learn it... it really should.]

I'll give an easy one: Lugia.
