Bulbapedia Suggestions, ideas, and problems

You saw The Misty Mermaid and it wasn't in it? Ok, I will look into this.

Edit:
I just watched it, and it is indeed not in The Misty Mermaid. So, I wonder when it debuted...

In my opinion he make debut in Cerulean Blues as a Gyarados,Magikarp didn't appear is only mentioned but didn't appear

Anyone have info on Pokémon RéBURST? Supposedly the main characters can TURN INTO Pokémon O_O (or so Kotaku says)

In FRLG, I think only the hidden Berries in Berry Forest and the items on Treasure Beach respawned. AFAIK, they haven't done it again until now.
Well I seem to remember respawning Honey in at least Platinum...

Yes, they can. I have some of the issues of Shonen Sunday with it in and also Dogasu has written synopsis of the first two chapters. The first chapter you can even read yourself on Club Sunday's website.

Where was that? I thought the only ways to get honey were by buying it from the man in Floaroma Meadow and from Honey Gather.
I thought the honey in the back part of Floaroma Meadow respawned after a while. I could be completely wrong though. I just checked mine and honey was there but none of the other items were, although I guess it's possible I just happened to miss all six Honey and just pick up the hidden Super Potion along with everything else...

The Faraway place page needs a Japanese name.

List of Generation V locations by index number:

The non-in-game ones don't have definite English names that I know of. Even though the ones at the end say the same thing as Stranger did, I don't know if they say Stranger.

I don't know if the Link Trade locations are arrive and met in that order as in Generation IV.

Will anyone who can, check?

NOTE: Battle Subway is not the same thing as Gear Station: it is the place with all the benches that you reach after a seven-win streak.

I don't know what Stranger is. I want all the English names of these before I make it into a page.

Hmm... Any chance that we can upload a better Pika picture, one without Red? I worked on one in Paint, and it turned out pretty good... Just the right ear was a bit... sharp to look at.

Is there any kind of defined order which items should appear in on location articles? Most seem like they are just listed without any kind of ordering.

I would think ordering by version from earliest to most recent would make the most sense. Then you can find all the items for a particular version very quickly.

I have been using bulbapedia for a few years now, and I had this thought: would it be possible to make pages for each Level? I have personally wanted pages like taht for a while, but I don't know if they are practical or not? kinda a way to compare pokemon by what happens by level (include stuff like pokemon evolving and attacks learned and levels you get special event pokemon and such).
Just a thought.

Ordering by version does make the most sense, so use that.

SUGGESTION

On the Pokemon pages, under the "stats" section (here, for example), near the bottom, can we configure things to link to the pages on "EV" and "IV?"

I can picture someone reading how the minimum/maximum stats are calculated and going "oh? What the fuck are IVs?" ...Because nobody knows what IVs are. -.-" It would be pretty simply, and potentially very beneficial.

The first instance of "EVs" in the footer note already links to "Effort Values" and the first instance of "IVs" already links to "Individual Values"

@ShinyRiolu, clicking on your link, it doesn't work for me either.

---

I have a suggestion that you should include errors in this thread's title as well (for those who don't want to register on the Bulbapedia to edit it themselves for the one minor mistake they found). That said, this page says Pidgey/Pidgeotto/Pidgeot learn Swords Dance by TM in RBY:

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Swords_Dance

However, the individual pages of these Pokemon do not list Swords Dance as a move for them.

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pidgeot_(Pokémon)/Generation_I_learnset#By_TM.2FHM

Therefore, one of them is wrong. Looking on various other websites, I believe they don't actually learn the move by TM, but it couldn't hurt to check in the actual game.
