Bulbapedia Suggestions, ideas, and problems

I just added a Quotes section for Zach, but it appeared at the end of the page, unfortunately, I tried to find a way to fix, but couldn't. Could someone please fix it, and tell me how to do it before I get started on other characters?

Page.

It appears that the page already had a quotes section, But it is fixed now
If you want to make a new section go under "edit this page" then scoll down where you want the new section to be and do this ===insert section name===

Yeah, I noticed that someone fixed it, but someone seems to have removed the Quotes section for the Diamond section...

Hi guys, I compiled a near-complete list of in-game event Pokémon in Generation III in my User: space, but the fact that the template the page uses is not compatible with .gifs prevents me from using the Gen 3 sprite of Speed Deoxys, which only comes in .gif. Can somebody with more template-know-how can make the template compatible with Emerald's .gifs?

I've added a parameter for that. "extension" Defaults to "png". Put "extension=gif" and you call a gif.

Modified the template so that it automatically switches png to gif if the game is Emerald. Gif should only be needed for Emerald and Crystal, and all Emerald and Crystal sprites should be gif.

I have noticed some users are like this I know these are admins. but I also seen some admins that look like this and still others are like this but green. What is the diffence between the first group, the second group, and the third group?

For some reason the Ho-oh and Celebi pages use the G/S Sugimori art, rather than the Hg/Ss art. Is this intentional, or?

How do you get the IRC to work? Whenever I try to go on it, on IE it just says the page cannot be displayed, and on Firefox it says that it doesnt know how to open this address because the protocol isnt associated with any program.

Mine says "Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed"
IRC is a protocol separate to web browsing, and so you need a specialist programme for it, such as mIRC or XChat. There are add-ons for some browsers such as Firefox (ChatZilla) though.

mIRC can be found here. It's shareware and nags you to register after 30 days, but you don't have to and it'll let you continue after a few seconds. X-Chat can be found here. I believe this is the free (don't worry, it's legally free and open source) version.

After installing and opening either one, type /server irc.systemnet.info into the command line and press enter. Afterward, type /join #bulbapedia to get into the bulbapedia chatroom.

Chatzilla can be found here, but I'm not sure if the server connection command is the same, since I've never used it. It probably is.
