Bulbapedia Suggestions, ideas, and problems

There's a big mistake on the"gym leader" page !
It says "Radio show "Verity" from Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 mentions a former Bug Catcher and Gym Leader from Sinnoh that became an Elite Four member, likely referring to Aaron."
But there is no radio show called Verity. Instead, there's a TV program named Variety. And the person in the program isn't Aaron, it's a fictional character. That fictional character may have been inspired by Aaron but it's not him.

Information on the Roaming IV Glitch from Gen 3 seems to have been orphaned somehow, probably during some reorganization of the wiki. Searching for the glitch redirects to the page "List of Glitches (Generation III)," but the section seems to have disappeared at some point.

For context, from what I was able to find on other sites, this glitch exists in Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, and LeafGreen, but not Emerald.

"This glitch causes roaming Pokémon to have extremely low IVs. In Generation III, the data for a Pokémon's IVs are stored in a 32-bit integer. However, when a roaming Pokémon is captured, only the last eight bits are transferred. While the HP IV is unaffected, the Pokémon can only have a maximum Attack IV of 7. The other IVs will always be 0."

Poking around a bit, the Roaming Roar glitch from FR/LG also seems to be undocumented on Bulbapedia.

The stat calculations and damage formulas aren't displaying for me, and I'm using both an updated chrome and Firefox on my android.

Specifically on the stats page, and the damage -> damage calculation page.

It's a strange nit pick I'm sure. It displays this text instead

Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \mathrm{HP} = \Biggl\lfloor {\Biggl( (\mathrm{Base} + \mathrm{DV}) \times 2 + \biggl\lfloor \tfrac{\bigl\lceil \sqrt{\mathrm{STATEXP}} \bigr\rceil}{4} \biggr\rfloor \Biggr) \times \mathrm{Level} \over 100} \Biggr\rfloor + \mathrm{Level} + 10}

Suggestion:
Have the possibility to choose the favorite starter from every generation and not just 8 and 9.
I don't relate with the new games and as an older fan, I would love to express my appreciation for Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treeko, Turtwig, Snivy and Chespin (yeah, Grass type trainer here ).
Thanks.

And maybe limit them to two each so you don’t have an overload of badges? (There might be a rule around this already, I don’t know)

On Goomy’s TCG page there is an error, incorrect information, and a missing(nonexistent) card page.

A page for Goomy “XY Phantom Forces 75” does not exist.
The card count for goomy is 7, when on the pokemon tcg official database has 8.

As a result, or possibly error, Goomy, “Xy phantom forces 75” seems to have been switched for “flashfire 72” . The link for 75 on the forces card list page takes you to goomy “flashfire 72”.

Make a new page, fix the card count, and fix the link error?

Thanks for making an account and joining to fix an inconsistency you noticed!

Bulbapedia's convention is to count alternate art reprints as an extension of the original print. Phantom Forces Goomy is an exact copy of Flashfire Goomy, with the exception of new artwork. As [ages can only have one title, the phantom forces entry "lives" on the Flashfire page, since the flashfire print was first. For this reason, Bulbapedia's count is seven, while other entries might be 8, (or even 9 or 10 if you count the Japanese prints.)

When will MiiWiki be added to the Niwa section on the Bulbapedia home page?

if likos sprigitito ability int overgrowth then is it the other ability because there cant be no ability pokemon
