I'm pretty sure after counting on 12 Poliwags wanted after the last person on the list that pikuffy posted that Pokabu was the last person to post in the twelve Poliwag, so anybody who posts/posted after Pokabu is unlikely to get one by the looks of things.

Actually one of those posts asked for a Vulpix and is edited to say never mind... No mention of a Poliwag. So I might just be the lucky last one

I actually only counted every one that clearly stated they want a Poliwag, 12 on from Chrys, it landed on Pokabu.

Ahh, so there's your mistake. The first post was last edited on April 17th, more than 2 weeks after Chrys's post and the one for a Poliwag following it. Also more than a week before the thread gained activity again.

April 17th it was posted that there are 12 left. That's the point where I started counting
