Seriously, there is nothing wrong with Gay or Overrated.

I can think of 5 more offensive things easily off the top of my head.

@Maelstrom; Gay is offensive in many situations because gay people don't like their sexuality to be used as an insult. Now, if you saw a guy wearing pink shoes and you said "That's gay", that wouldn't be so bad because that is literally kinda gay to wear pink shoes. But if you're insulting a TV show or something, and you call it gay, then it's crossing the line. Unless of course the TV show is literally kinda gay.

I don't think it's a huge deal, but I still don't like to use "gay" as an insult.

Trust me, I know rough.

I used to get my head slammed into concrete, pick spitballs out of my hair, and get fire ants thrown on me just because I was "the weird kid".

I would rather anyday of the week get called "gay" then relive that shit.

Cry about it.

DON'T FUCKING use gay as an insult. I thought someone who had lived through being tormented himself might understand, but I guess I overestimated you.

@Maelstrom; Shit, man. 0_0
Lets just say Elementary and Junior High sucked.

I guess I'm not as warm and compassionate as I should be huh?

Sorry, I ran out of fucks to give a long time ago. If there is one thing I learned from all of it is that if you stop one evil, two evils come up.

I'm pretty sure even if they stop the "offensive" gay slang there will be another to take its place.

Meanwhile little kids are boohooing cause they got called gay on Facebook, other kids are going to court because some prick picked a fight with them and even though they had to defend themselves, they still might get fucked over.

You have listed exactly zero things that excuse you for being an asshole. No amount of pain that you may have personally gone through changes the fact that by using "gay" as an insult you are part of the problem.

I think I can live with temporarily being an asshole.

And just so you can have a nice little statistic number, that was approximately 7 years of emotional and physical pain.

Before you judge me, ask yourself if you can even comprehend seven years of that shit.

Any ounce of sympathy that I may have had for you was completely dissolved when you chose to use it as a ticket to oppress others. Don't you understand that everyone is fighting their own battles? You're not the only one out there who's been bullied. The gay community is having enough trouble gaining basic human rights as it is, do you think it needs people going around using its sexuality as an insult? My mom has been in and out of the hospital with cancer for the past 9 months. She's back in there now because her blood tests didn't come out very well, probably to get an operation on mother's day. She also happens to be a member of the gay community. Do you think she needs shit like this in her life? Do you think she needs people making her feel worse about the way she is for no reason at all? Take a step back my friend. Think about what it is you're doing before you decide that you have a blank check to put down whoever you want because of how you were treated.

....

Look, in all honesty I'm sorry but those type of topics get me riled up for no good reason.

I would easily stand up against any legitimate bullying against gay people without a second thought but I have way too many gay people in my town who use their sexuality as a publicity stunt.

So yeah, sorry about your mom, I know how it feels to have a family members have cancer. I have two of those.

And trust me, I'm not a bully in real life and I hope I don't seem like one online.

A sarcastic asshole: Perhaps
Bully: After what I went through, that's a definite no.
