Which means I am safe to ask this question: When a Pokemon receives a stat change and is switched out, does it stay or will it revert back to its default stats?

As in, like, if it keeps an Attack boost from Swords Dance?

No, those kinds of stat changes are reset if a Pokémon is switched out. That's part of what makes Roar and Whirlwind so popular with walls.

Does this also include stat loss like Superpower and Explosion?

Yes, it does, though...I don't think Explosion reduces any stats except HP. :p

I thought it only halved the target's Defense for damage calculation purposes.

I'm thinking about using either Throh or Terrakion to replace Mienshao so I won't have two frail Pokemon in my team to increase my chances of winning.

Hmm...Throh has Circle Throw and Guts, but Terrakion is faster and more powerful. They're both good choices, I think.

Sounds fun, Rai. ^^;

Don't forget that Throh has Bulk Up and is harder to OHKO due to its HP, though I'm having trouble which move should be used for Terrakion's fourth slot: Sacred Sword or Earthquake.

Well, that combo is only walled by the Nidos, Golurk, and Toxicroak, and most of those are weak to Ground. So...I'd say EQ.
