I'd be a mess talking to you in French. I wonder what an English accent sounds like... probably like a German speaking English, especially since I have the horrid American accent. I prefer proper British English. Us Americans sound awful, I think. >_<

Maybe you should wait to be more fluent in French before that.

Actually, I prefer the American accent to the British one. I'm more used to hearing it, so I understand it better. When I hear someone talking with a British accent, I understand almost nothing.

And we Quebecer sound awful compared to French people from France, too.

Nuh-uh.

Text is just words.
Voice is words and sounds.

I suck at real life conversation. It's easier with just words.

Then again, voice conversations bring you kind of closer to the person. Both have their ups and downs.

I always wondered if the American/British sickness was the same for Quebecers to Frenchmen. I guess it is. I'll make sure to learn French-French so I don't get stuck with your goofy Quebec accent. >:D

(Then again, I'm probably never going to shake mon accent Anglais. :/)

I'd chat with you if we knew each other in person.

Yeah, it is. Sometimes we can't understand each other and blame it on the other's accent. xD But I find the French accent pretty. Which is an unpopular opinion around here.

You could, with a lot of practice.
