Not at all. Kitties on crack would be extremely hard to swallow as well, what with all the flailing around and such.

Because it seems people in Europe and Asia (at least) speak several languages on average. At least, it seems that way. My dad's girlfriend speaks Hungarian (native speaker), German (she moved to Austria), Swedish (once lived in Sweden), and English, and once knew but has since forgotten Russian (mandatory as a student behind the Iron Curtain). And more than that, her son (who is 13 years old) speaks German (native), Hungarian, and English. It's just extremely humbling to meet people from central Europe or someplace who speak two or three languages. So one day I decided "I want to learn another language". For some reason, I picked French, and it's been about two years since then. I'm far from fluent, but that's normal for somebody who's only been learning it sporadically for two years. :p

And it seems you're quite new to teh forumz. Welcome. :D

Oh, cool, but I probably won't be spending much time here. I'll just be looking at vivid descriptions of mental disorders. I really just came here because the conversation just goes on and on.

Nice "Knights of Cydonia" parody. I like ponies.

For some reason, I managed to master English to more or less the same extent I currently speak it within said 2 years, though it took living in America for that to work out well. And amongst my "peers" that seemed to be some kind of feat, which I hardly understood as I had an annoying family member who did the same thing (or should I say feat?) with relative ease.

Well, minus some of the more advanced vocabulary I may know now, since you pick those up as you age.

Never had much of an interest in picking up a third language to be fluent in, though. I'd be better maintaining my English in a country like this anyhow. :p

I was confused by this at first, but I think I get what you're saying now. :p

I literally gasped with joy when I read that.

Speaking of pooch deaths, anybody feel like making a list of all the animals they've killed in the past? Accidental ones are fine, but anyone who's going to lie can eat mah ****.

IT MAY HAVE BEEN A PART, YES. PROBABLY THE REASON WHY IT WAS CURLED UP IN A MESS OF NEWSPAPER AND BARELY WHIMPERING ITS LAST WORDS.

I PUT IT OUT OF ITS MISERY. STOMP 'EM IN THE NUTS, STOP 'EM IN THE NUTS!
