If Koraidon exists in the anime universe does that mean Arven and Professor Sada do as well? If that is the case I think this short might have just confirmed that there won't be a time skip in the next season. If there is no time skip the theory of Riko being Ash's daughter also seems unlikely.

Unless it's a different Koraidon but that would contradict the game lore since Sada only managed to get two of them. Another possibility is that Arven has just recently been born (since it's implied that Sada got Koraidon around that time?) and will be the same age as in the games after the time skip.

These are more than likely just for advertising SV and won't relate to the next anime at all. And there's nothing confirming how much of SV's plot will be adapted.

I just gotta say, the coloring on Koraidon and Miraidon is otherworldly. You know if they were making extended appearences in the show they wouldn't look like that by a mile.

I love the neat detail of Koraidon looking down towards the earth while Miraidon is found staring upward towards the sky - I feel like they’re subtle visual nods to representing the past and the future.
