Team Rocket returns to Pokémon Masters EX as the Johto Chapter of the Villain Arc begins

The Villain Arc enters a new phase this week, with the official Pokémon Masters EX social media accounts announcing that the next Chapter in the main story's Villain Arc, the Johto Chapter, will begin this week on May 18th, at 11:00pm (PT). As Team Rocket's plots to take control of the Pasio region continue, Giovanni will also debut in a new Sygna Suit sync pair, partnered with his signature Nidoking.

Sygna Suit Giovanni & Nidoking are a strike sync pair that can Dynamax and have powerful Ground-, Steel-, and Poison-types Max Moves that never misses. They will make their debut in a featured Poké Fair Scout starting May 18th, at 11:00pm (PT), and running through to June 15th, at 10:59pm (PT).

Pokémon Masters EX's official Twitter account will be running a Retweet Rally in conjunction with the start of this event, with players able to receive 5★ Johto Scout Tickets and 3,000 Gems should the tweet below hit 30,000 retweets.

Alongside today's Villain Arc news, it has also been announced that rewards for the recent Golden Magikarp event will be distributed starting today. Players hit all milestones in this event, meaning every player will receive the following items.
