That Pokemon Isn't Legendary!

I think Rotom should've been a legendary. I mean, it basically has a clone that can do pretty much the same things as Rotom (y'know, Genesect), so why not?

If it hadn't been for Zorua, I would've thought that Zoroark was a legendary, too.
