It may be password-protected. Your DS doesn't like passwords.

Yeah I tried to set everything up manually but it didnt like that either. the strange thing is everyother time I run into a password protected one it asks for the password. I know mine is password protected why does it never ask me?

I think my wifi is protected by a password, but it never asked me for a password either. The DS just plain would not recognize it, showing a lock.

That's weird...

I wish I could help, but I know very little about how routers and WiFi works. All I know is ours is un-passworded, and my DS works fine with it.

Falcon, do you use WEP or WPA security settings for your router?

^This.

Anything NOT WEP the DS just does not work with. The DSi does work with WPA, however if I understand correctly if the game itself is not compatible it doesn't work then either.

Buuut, in my case everything fails because the wi-fi isn't password protected however I have to sign in via an internet browser, something which the DS cannot do! yay fail college interneeet~ Which is why I have the wi-fi adapter thing.

In thinking of what I posted on my blog, I want to watch Digimon again. I kind of miss it, Digimon had some awesome characters. None of which I remember the names of, but I remember their appearance. xD Well, I remember Kari's name, but the rest were that girl with the magenta dress and pink cowgirl hat (she had that flower/cactus digimon), the red-headed chick with the white shirt that had teal sleeves, the girl with a purple jacket and the navy/white striped shirt, and the girl with that blue swimming cap thing.
... ... *looks up names* ... Mimi, Rika, Zoe, and Sora.

... *hunts in internets*

My penchant for mixology has served me well yet again.

Take 100% cranberry/raspberry juice, add mango and strawberry concentrate, blend it up with a white chocolate blended ice beverage, and what do you have?

Fusenger Shadow's Hyper-Berry Breakfast Smoothie.
