32 degrees here is REALLY low for the winter.
The last time it was 32 degrees, the windshield wipers of several cars froze and made it look like a chandelier.

17F is comfortable to me if my hands get a good place to hide. Otherwise I'm fine with a light jacket.

It's quite warm over here. Sometimes, too warm. Most of the time, it hovers around 30 degrees Celcius.
