While buying it after does have its pros, it also has its cons.
The pro being that you wouldn't have to pay as much if you wait a while.
The con being you aren't exactly 100 % guaranteed you'll get the game the day you go to the store.
Either way, wait until after said game is released is cheaper.
Here people are more into games that involve more players and competing with each other. That's why PC games such as Starcraft and Warcraft are so popular here. XD
Nintendo games are still in the rising trend ^^ Just not enough to stir one of those long, long lines at game stores on release dates XD
Honestly, most people where I live prefer shooters, and don't play Pokémon.
Though you still get the occasional person buying a Pokémon game here and there.
About half the games in the store I have to go to are Shooters..
