Yeah, I recognize "spanish", and "and" and that's about it D: apparently they're not as similar as Gabriel was making them out to be.

Portuguese speakers can easily understand Spanish and vice-versa, but for you it may be more of a challenge, especially since you don't contact with both languages often, I assume. "Isso" is the same as "Eso" and the "é" isn't the same as "y" in Spanish, it's the verb to be. :) I said "That isn't Spanish, o hurristat".

hey ghaskan how's it going?

Had quite the roller-caster day, but I'm ok, I guess. How about yourself?

Bye Hallow!

Yay! Training all week for a parade! To all those at school, you can learn a dimension of boredom if you were to be with us in our training.

But yeah, 24 days. The countdown is very much alive. And every day counts.

Had to cut my hair as well. Just when I was getting a decent length on it...

Portuguese is difficult. I dare say it may be more than Spanish. However, it's a very beautiful language and knowing it will allow you to understand the last great Epic, "Os Lusíadas" and read some of the world's most beautiful poetry! *cough*

God, my brain is more tired than I thought. I meant Portuguese just like I did in the original prhase.

Romance languages are harder than Germanic languages in general. My two cents anyway.

I didn't have much difficulty learning English, but then again we get plenty of incentive to do so.

LOL if I learn a language, I'll want to actually use it and not just do it to read a book :p

Actually, they're softer.

*shot*

(I can see how you'd think they're more difficult.)

You dare despise the power of friendship books?! Ah well, understandable. Unfortunately, Portuguese isn't as useful as it should be. *glares at ancestors who wasted the opportunity to make Portugal a world power and sighs*.
