I would say that running around, blasting aliens in Mass Effect or chopping people's heads off in Dragon Age would be boring without the plot. They create a massive universe, make the characters vivid, deep and personal, have moral choices and twist and side-quests that affect how the rest of the game will play out. This is why any Mario game will probably never be on my list of favorite games (well, my favorite game is Burnout 3, and that has no plot. Acceptable for an arcade-racing game though).

Then chances are you won't like any of Nintendo's other franchises because they never listen to the fans out of common sense.

I like to play Mario games, but they have never been my favorites. I have actually played few Nintendo-games, so I won't say anything about those.

On a different note, do you think having 24 BMGf friends is too little for being here for 2.5 years. I think it's just right.

Oh Lord. There was a skinny-jeaned hipster-emo in front of me in line at the grocery store today so anorexically thin, I got hunger pains just looking at him. Seriously, his legs were like, soda can girth.

I can't believe people actually choose their clothing in order to make a conscious effort to show that off. I mean, there's a certain point when skinny jeans are so small, they start making me think of starving African children. :( [/pity rant]

Although that did make me feel fat in comparison, you know, standing right there wearing the same jeans around five sizes up. Great. Always keeping morale up, hipsters.
