What $aturn-san said.

but isn't this a pokemon forum?

Right, and even though Pokemon of America and 4Kids Entertainment are trying to direct Pokemon to the younger population, the Pocket Monsters franchise isn't necessarily proper for it. For example, if you've seen the Japanese anime, it's not as childish as the American dub.

The games, another big element, is neutral territory, at least for me, it's hard to tell whether the games are more for children or for teenagers, though there are things in the games that children wouldn't necessarily get.

lol Yeah.

The manga seems directed as more of an all ages thing though. Safe enough for kids but mature enough for the older crowd.

EDIT: I didnt know Devin was only 10.
I feel like I should watch my language more now.

My first one... Was a Yu-Gi-Oh!-related one. That crappy one that 4Kids had set up if you've ever been there.

My first forums were some RunEscape forums.

I still go there from time to time, only for Off-Subject and Forum Games.
