Come on, I spend 15 minutes compiling that list, the least you could do is give me the "0.o" face.

Maybe I should blog it and eagerly await YeOldeJacob's reaction.

That implies that it has a good story

au contraire. It implies the opposite. I merely referred to Boogers post on "good story = good movie" implying that Meyer could learn from that.

This post is also way too formally presented.

I havnt seen some of those either.
EDIT: At Booger: Dreamworks is good when they try. How to Train Your Dragon and Prince of Egypt are good example of them trying. Shark Tale is an example of them not trying.

Mostly corret, though I do like a few DreamWorks movies.

i.e. Monsters vs. Aliens; one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.

If Pixar was not a Disney affiliate, it would be probably my favorite animation studio.

Prince of Egypt was good.

Shrek was... OK. If you're a kid, and it's still 1999. That's the nicest thing I can say about it.

And they technically have Chicken Run, tho that was really Aardman.

Everything else, rotten pigshit. Just trying to be an "edgy" Pixar, without this thing Pixar has: QUALITY.

I wouldn't count Chicken Run as Dreamworks, mainly because it was made by Peter Lord & Nick Park.
I also agree on the edgy Pixar comment.

I do recommend HTTYD. Its not Dreamworksish at all. Not a single fart joke! And some almost Pixarlike backgrounds and character development. When it comes out on DVD give it a try. :)

Monsters vs Aliens was one of their best works if you grew up in the 90's. A lot of jokes that were in this would only be understood if you were a kid in tht era. Probably why newer kids and older adults dislike the movie so much.
