Why thank you. I try to make comics that are funny, as well as just plain fun to read. And to look at.

Calvin and Hobbes was a big influence on this. I loved how beautifully he drew things. And just how dang funny it always was. I guess maybe I've inherited his Ohioan humor... Or something.
It's too bad he retired. One of the best.

I still remember how sad I was that day in 1996... No more Calvin. Ever. Just that idiotic "Zits" comic, which pretty much convinced me that newspaper comics were dead.
And then later that year my grandpa died. And then we moved away from my beloved home in downtown Columbus...

I only read Pearls Before Swine and Dilbert now. I don't even bother with anything else.

Well, in the paper. I love Penny Arcade, PvP (That one's been really good lately), Xkcd, and some others online.

Ick, Foxtrot is like The Simpsons of comics. It was great back in the day, but it sucks now. Hard.

Also, nobody's said anything about the new Pulp Culture. Makalu is disappointed.

Funny you mention it, I actually read through all your past comics today. That simpsons joke was incredibly lame dude :p

I still read Garfield everyday on my computer.

I read them frequently online. I don't for about 2 weeks, and then I read 14 comics on one day, etc.

I know not everyone agrees, but I stand by my opinion, the show needs to die. Sorry.

I have to admit, I never saw the show until I was in my mid-teens, so I don't have that early childhood nostalgic bond that 99% of the rest of the human population has with the show. So I can watch it more objectively, I think.

I started watching when I was, like, 7 then gave up when I was, like, 10 because I realised how shit it was.
