That's about how far my dad drives every morning~
Okay as long as it is a nice job, and you are living in a nice place it is probably worth it.
My drive is more like a hour and half :d

Whoa, that's really long to get to work.

Yup, but I am still living with my parents and now I really want to move out, but it isn't really easy to find
a good and affordable apartment to rent. But as long as it continues I am saving some cash, for the future.

Climate change, just weird weather, or possibly the work of wizards.

@Hunter Blade; global warming doesn't make it warmer everywhere. It goes something like the south pole becomes heated, ice melts, ice comes into warm gulf stream, cools down, result is cooler climate in areas that are warmed by the warm gulf stream.

The global warming propaganda in America generally leans towards the whole world getting warmer, because you need something to be an extreme evil here to make people think it's worth doing something about. Or at least, that's all I've ever had thrown at me.

My mom showed me this yesterday. According to it, this year was supposed to be really hot in America... I live in one of the few places that have become colder, though. :p

Yeah, where I live (New Jersey) we had a hotter summer than usual, but not the warmest in memory. Warmer winter too. Not much snow, and when we had it, it was 1-2 inches tops.

Midwest got hit pretty hard... I guess. "Oh no, this year we won't get to experience the joy of pulling the icicles from our gutters before they collapse!"

Of course there would be a general increase in temperature, but only a fool would attempt to put them into a smaller setting without accounting for local climatic features and effects. This means that some areas will be feeling a higher increase then others, obviously.

Speaking about that, it snowed a bit here yesterday. A bit unnecessary if you ask me, but whatever.
