Wind Waker is a great game :) many people hated it (I assume because of the cel-shading) but I thought it was excellent.

Wind Waker was the first Zelda game I owned , and on of the best in my opinion, first one I played was Ocarina of time or Majora's mask on my cousin's N64

My first game was Ocarina of Time. 3D.

Yeah I was late for the party.

I have this feeling in the back of my head that I may have owned Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64, but I think I probably just played it once at a friend's house and let my memory sag.

It took me a while to actually get my own copy of oot, and I just the version for the gamecube. It took me about 2 years to beat it because we got stuck at the water temple :I

The Water Temple wasn't as hard as people made it out to be.

^ Definitely this. The Shadow Temple was both the most annoying and the hardest imo. I think the Spirit Temple was the most fun, and the Forest Temple was the creepiest. The Water Temple was eh :p

I agree the shadow temple was worse, we just got stuck in the water temple when we could find a key. Though the water temple is worse is master quest.

Memories of when I first started.

I can finish the Deku tree in 15 minutes now.

Still talking about Zelda are we? I've never played one and I really don't care to. I'm not much of a Nintendo fanboy anyway.

I've only ever played one Zelda game, and that's Ocarina of Time. I never got past that darn tree, I kinda just gave up and haven't touched it since last November. I play Four Swords (the free version thing) now and again, but I don't think that really counts.

Super Mario 64 and Pokemon Silver were all I needed when I was little. Man, I could play Super Mario 64 for hours.

I pretty much obsessed over Pokemon Gold, play that all day. I never completed the dex, there was a bunch of Pokemon I never saw, like Tyranitar, but I loved playing it.
