Pokemon Anime aimed at an older audience sounds interesting. Digimon did that for the fifth series and I personally think it worked out very well.

If they made a Pokemon anime aimed at an older audience, I'd definately play it. I think the games are alright though.

You'd ... play an anime?

But anyways, I was watching some "Plot Armor Unnecessary Explosions" anime on a stream last night, mostly because I was very bored. Was Ash against Paul. After which he got raped by Darkrai and Latios.

Let's not use the term "rape" so lightly, hm?

I think a Pokemon anime aimed at older audiences sounds great. I got bored with the anime after it reached Diamond and Pearl, as I felt the show just didn't appeal to me any more. Then again, that's just me getting older! xP As for a game, I think that'd be wonderful.

They should have an anime episode in which an opponent abuses paraflinch on one of Ash's pokémon.

When a pokémon with Serene Grace keeps using flinching moves on a paralyzed pokémon, serene grace doubling the 30% flinch chance to 60% and paralysis having 25% chance of being fully paralyzed that only gives the targeted pokémon only 30% chance to be able to attack each turn.

Oh, heh, I've never heard of that technique before. Sounds like it'd be an interesting thing to see on the anime! xD

But if they used it on Pikachu then they would get paralyzed by static.

That's why you shouldn't ever fight electric types.

Togekiss or Dunsparce would be the most likely users of this, and neither air slash or rock slide makes contact, meaning static won't paralyze.

So would bite, waterfall and iron head.

Yeah, Iron Head Jirachi works. Bite has too low flinch rate to be effective, besides, does any flinch-haxers even learn it?

But yeah, Rock Slide could do as well. But that would just be Dunsparce?

I was thinking about rachi, but I guess you probably wouldn't see one in the anime.

Yeah, same for Shaymin-S. They probably wouldn't attack pikachu as they're supposed to be nice legendaries.

And random trainers also probably wouldn't have them, but then again a random trainer had an Articuno once so who knows.
