A classic Japanese RPG, and one that remains a lot closer to its origins today than the Final Fantasy series has.
I might have to check it out.

Yeah, I've heard bad stuff about the recent Final Fantasy's. I've only played VI, so I don't know what they're like myself.

Personally, I haven't really been into the Final Fantasy series past IX, as with X it really stopped doing it for me. The Dragon Quest series, on the other hand, I still enjoy, and it's still a very fun fantasy based RPG series for me. I'd also recommend the Golden Sun series. The first two, Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age were released for the Gameboy Advance system (and I just checked ebay to make sure that I wasn't leading you down an expensive road, and it seems that you can get copies for a decent price), and then the third in the seires was released for the DS and is titled Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, and it also can be had for a decent price.

The Golden Sun series was done by a company called Camelot, who also designed the GBA Mario Golf game (which is why the game feels like it's half RPG and half golf).

I apparently fail at mentions.

So I guess I'm partying at home. I have a few beers, like half a bottle of white wine, and some rum in the fridge. What should I drink?

(Rum is only a possibility if it goes well with chocolate milk. I don't know if it does.)

Beers. I don't know if rum goes well with chocolate milk, but you could always try. I kinda feel like rum would be nice in a homemade milk shake. mmmmmm

I have a blender. I also have bananas, which go really well with the chocolate milk in a milkshake.

Yeah, that might be what I do.

I had an appletini (I know, I know) earlier tonight when my friend I went out for dinner, before we went to the opera (it was my university's production so I got free tickets! woot!) Somehow I sobered up pretty fast.

I think I'm the kind of person that cannot handle even a sip of alcohol before I need a bed.

On another topic, I broke my headphones. >.< There goes $65 worth of equipment.

That's not a bad kind of person to be.

Awww that's awful! This is why I personally can't trust myself to get into the expensive headphone trend. I go through them like most people go through socks.

A bit unfortunate that I'm the kind of person that can't just use speakers because of others nearby. I use headphones to keep things quiet.

Well, at least there's some consolation - the next headphones is going to be of the compact, wireless variety.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I still use and love headphones. Just not ones that cost a lot of money.

We're expecting snow too this week iirc. I hope it doesn't snow a lot :<

Does it snow often in winter where you live?
