Girls are grody.
Girls are what ??

It's a folk word for "gross". I guess it's a Southern thing, my family uses it a lot. The first time I saw it written was last year. It was spelled "grotty", maybe you know that word, but I spell it phonetically anyway. :I
Well I just went to google translate, but I had a feeling it was something like that
I also wonder how some record those games for the 3ds some did it with a camera. But I am now also seeing on that looks
to good to be done with a camera.

Capture cards maybe?

Yeah, hmmm intresting. Well thats expensive Nintendo 3DS Capture Board Ordering

Hi!

I probably won't be here for very long. I'm in a major funk today about money problems. :-(

Listen to punk music.

Today's a punk day for me. I haven't listened to good punk music in a long time.

That doesn't earn me money, though. Even if it makes me temporarily feel better.

I have a very, very poor sense of monenomics or whatever the fuck all that business is called.

The Descendents are a good pick.

So the website I write for tackled the proposed EU porn ban from a (sex-positive) feminist perspective.

The article itself is good. Some of the comments...not so much.

Ugh, I hate how common radfem ideals can be in the queer community. If you have a problem with sex trafficking? Sex trafficking is illegal. You don't need to ban porn. If anything, banning porn makes it harder to punish the porn creators who use illegally trafficked, non-consenting women in it.

You'd think anti-porn feminists would have learned their lessons about porn bans from how it's bitten them in the ass in the past.

Does the EU porn ban thing actually have a chance at going through?

Whatever, any opportunity I have to bitch about radfems and their shitty arguments and how they make all of feminism look bad, I'm going to take it. Lol.

Every group will always have a radical subgroup to make them look bad.

True, but their arguments are still far too common in feminist circles to be completely dismissed as just a "radical fringe." They're part of the reason that a lot of supposedly queer-friendly spaces are unfriendly to trans women, for instance, because a lot of radfems are transphobic and think trans women are men who want to "infiltrate women's spaces."

What's particularly obnoxious, as one of the comments on that article illuminates, is that sex-positive feminists like me are encouraged to know what radfems believe about sex to know "the history of our movement," but radfems rarely take any time to figure out what sex-positive feminists think because they don't think we're "real feminists." They dismiss us as only "protecting" porn and prostitution because we care more about orgasms than we do about abuse and violence against women, which is bullshit. We just realizing that banning everything doesn't actually protect women.

I'm not an expert on feminism so I can't really comment.

I'm not even sure what "sex positive" means. From context I think it means you are okay with having sex, but it could also mean you're okay with transgender individuals, or you are biologically female.

Even pacifists have radicals, yo.

It's true. People who are willing to kill in order to avoid people getting killed.
