It's not really difficult to find out my time zone. Mostly because my position gives it away pretty much.

I've alwys had a fixation with Time Zones since I got that atlas when I was 5.

To this day, I have not figured out how live TV works on the west coast.

They're only 3 hours behind the east coast, so something like 9PM would just be 6PM for them. Not too hard to add hours.

On a side note, does anybody know how to get Fallout 3 to work on Windows 7? It keeps crashing for me after about 10 minutes and nothing I've found has worked.

I have never lived outside the Eastern Time Zone, even though I've lived in three different states.

Michigan is on the opposite end of the time zone, though, and the sun rises and sets about an hour later than it does on the East Coast as a result. It's made it seriously weird when I've gone back to visit.

To this day, I have not figured out how live TV works on the west coast.

Unless it's a live event or something, I believe the Pacific and Mountain time zones get it a couple hours later from when the Eastern and Central time zones see it.

Especially if you're dealing with a show that can only air what it does because it's after a certain hour (e.g. Mad Men).

I've been to England, but never entered Central Time Zone. Strange since part of state is in Central time.

You've never been to Chicago? Or New Orleans? You need to fix that shit!

Speaking of time zones, I found out my friend acquired a chronic nosebleed problem as a result of jetlag from coming back from a trip to Tokyo several years ago.

Until coming to college in North Carolina I've always lived in central. If you don't count the first 8 months of my life.

Three years and several games later, Pokémon Soul Silver still costs 45 bucks. And in some cases, you're cheaper off with Pokémon B&W 2. Quality business practices, gaiz. Lurv it. Also don't trust people well enough to buy second hand and in stores, second hand SS still costs 30 bucks.

That's weird considering HG and SS were $40 brand new when they first were released.

I really don't get why used HGSS should cost that much when the whole reason they cost more than the other Pokemon games in the first place was just because of the Pokewalker, which used copies don't come with. (Majority of the time, anyways.)

I really wish Gates to Infinity was out already. Seeing as to how I got today off because of a snow day, I got nothing better to do.

Maybe I'll just mess around with the magnagates in the demo version some more.

It's simple:

People will buy them for that price.

That I won't deny.

I remember one time I was at Gamestop getting whatever event Pokemon was out at the moment and I made friends with this kid that was still in elementary school who wanted another copy of HGSS. Since the new copies were only five dollars more than the used ones, I suggested that he should just get a new copy since it would come with the Pokewalker, but he bought the used one just because he wanted to gamble on hoping that the used copy would have some good Pokemon on it like the last used copy of a Pokemon game he got.

Heck, I think he was more interested in just the chance for some good Pokemon than he was getting the actual game.
