Alright, I probably won't but maybe I will one day.

I honestly hope I can stay active, I'll probably be mostly posting here I think and the Role Playing section though.

Ah, alright. I frequent this section, Entertainment Inc., and Fun & Games. If you're looking for a safe place to explore, that would be Fun and Games. Hope to see you around! :D

Fun and Games seems interesting but the Random Messages thread seems too... chaotic.

Fishing for compliments doesn't sound too appetizing does it? But then again, a well placed compliment can make someone else's day better.

And that is all that really matters to me anyways

Also thank you! I look forward to posting here ^^;

I'm type of person that doesn't need compliments much. I know when I look good and I know when I've done something correct. If I feel that I need compliments then I know my ego is taking over.

That's pretty reasonable.

Anyone going to RTX during the summer?

RM is insanely chaotic which is why I never go there anymore :p also I agree with your position Lyrebird, it's just that a lot of people (including myself) aren't comfortable with themselves, so they need affirmation from other people; they can't be confident with only their own input. Fishing for compliments isn't a good characteristic but I think that many people who are described as doing that kind of thing a lot are just very insecure with themselves and haven't learned to be as self-confident as they should be with their images or personalities. I know I worry about appearing like I'm fishing for compliments when I'm really not, I just legitimately don't like many things about myself.

Anyway welcome to BMGf TIE, I hope you have a great time; no I am not and I don't know what that is :p

Thanks

It's the Rooster Teeth Expo, they are basically going to be showing off the latest cool technology and selling stuff like 3D printers.

Like a Science show on steroids.

And it's cool, if I lived up there I'd be too lazy as well

I was just curious if anyone was going

I should go see if I can detect any glimmer of the northern lights outside.
You live by somewhere you can see the northern lights? I've always wanted to see them, but I don't think I'll ever get the chance.

Strangely, I was talking with a friend last night about traveling up to the Scottish highlands to see the Northern Lights. We're considering doing so in autumn/winter. :)

I mean, I have nothing to lose, I'm a pretty average looking teenage kid but I'm kind of a sucker for some good ole fashioned anonymity. That way people don't judge me (For better or worse) for how I look but rather what I have to say. .

I attempt that whenever I join a new forum and I always end up failing. On New Year's Eve I joined a forum and decided I would keep personal information to a minimum. Less than 12 hours later the admin of said forum was laughing at a drunken video of me - that I'd recorded especially because he and a few others wanted to hear my accent.

I've spent the entire morning lying in bed, hungover, playing SoulSilver and attempting to take an interest in the anime my friend was watching. Lazy Sundays are the best.
