Goddamn it, I hate people, I hate everything. This fucking day.

What's up?

I live in Boston, so that's what's up. :-(

This whole day has been awful and I can't fucking deal.

(sorry if that sounds mean I didn't intend it that way, but uggghhhhh)

Aw, sorry hon. Didn't know that. :( I don't fully understand the significance right now (I'm far from sober and far from the US) but I realise this is kind of a big deal. :|

(nah, s'ok, I get it)

I don't think it's a good day for the United States in general. I hope things start heading uphill and you feel better :/

Has any new evidence appeared?

Um, yeah, but it's a different level when this is the place where you live and go about your day and the attack happened right by where your therapist's office is. Don't make crappy comparisons.

We should all be upset about any human suffering that happens anywhere in the world because we're all humans. But there's a reason the phrase "hits closer to home" exists.

I wasn't trying to offend you and I'm sorry if I did. I was just making an observation, I only heard about the bombing a few hours ago.

I guess I wouldn't really know, I can't pretend and say that any major tragedies happened as close as the local doctor's office but I am sorry if you thought I was trying to make light of the bombing.

I just bought Kingdom Hearts: DDD today. Never played a game in the series before, so I'll start playing it more when I've caught up with the plot and such.

Finding a twenty dollar note made my day. Now to find a new job because I need a better job, so I can quit my other job.

Thanks. Sorry if I overreacted a bit. I'm just taking it rather hard as this is the first thing like this that's happened in a place I lived.

I can't empathize or sympathize because I never been in a situation of something horrific. However sometimes the best cure to all this is just to continue life and put it aside (thoughts). Like I said I don't know if it works nor have I been in a situation. Sometimes it is what it is as bad as it reads.

Anyway I'm going to look at my share portfolio.

I wasn't offended.

Truthfully, it wasn't a very well thought out comparison.

I had a fire drill today. Now I'll never know the conclusion to the lecture it interrupted.

They aren't so bad now I'm in high school, but when we'd have them in primary I used to cry and refuse to leave the building and hug on the everyone and anything. Loud noises terrified me, still do.

The only bad thing about them for me was the alarm, I have a fear of loud noises and it was really loud and unexpected -_-

Speaking of fire alarms, we haven't had one in awhile. Usually we have a test one at the beginning of each term but we haven't had one since last September. We had a real one back in October but that was apparently just some prankster lighting a match and leaving it somewhere in the cooking classrooms. >.>

Fire alarms were annoying in college.

Well, except in financial classes, since those suck.

We have a very ... satisfying fire alarm that after a few bursts says it's burning in both Norwegian and English. It's the same voice that plays before our exams.

The drills are pretty lame, but I don't really care much about them
