Sounds sane enough.

I don't have a 3DS since I never saved enough money for it, I always manage to find something else to spend it on first ^^;

I can easily afford a 3DS, but I'm not getting one, I'm not really much of a gamer. The only game I want this year is GTA V, and my brother preordered that, so I don't even have to pay for it.

I think the last game I bought was GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty City last year.

I just prefer music really, bought a couple CDs over the past week online, Sasha's Involver (prog house), High Contrast's Fabriclive 25 and James Holden's Balance 005 (techno/house mix). Really looking forward to getting and hearing each one!

Well, I've blabbed on enough.

I hardly ever buy CDs these days, I'm used to listening to music online now. I know that's generally frowned on, but I never have money to spare and when I do I'm usually spending it on videogames or clothes. I think the last CDs I bought were In Utero by Nirvana and Dookie by Green Day from a stall last September. I should really buy more sometime.

I used to be really attached to having physical copies of albums - in my case, CDs usually - but as time goes on I find myself putting everything on my computer anyway so I mostly just get things from the Internet now, legally or illegally, or borrow CDs from my school library and upload them onto my Mac.

I subscribe to spotify, so I do listen to online music, but I like to support artists by buying something physical. I just love CDs for the little details you don't get with mp3s. That new CD smell, the little booklet.. Etc.
I just buy albums from iTunes. :I
I buy from iTunes too, digitally exclusive stuff, like EPs or singles.

I used to download from less than legal sites a lot. I think it had a great impact on my taste, I had easy access to any genre and I could dive into any album. Nowadays I know the type of music that I want, so I buy CDs when I feel the cost is justified or I listen on spotify. Sometimes I just buy a CD and take a risk, doesn't always pay off haha.

I love buying CDs mainly cause of the great feeling that comes out of owning a psychical copy of an album , though I don't have many CDs actually and a lot of my music on my iTunes library is from downloads or CDS I've borrow from the library. I usually just listen to music on Spotify (great program by the way.) Youtube, and iTunes.

I don't really care much for physically owning music (I buy some from Beatport or some other sites now and then), but I like owning physical copies of my games. I dunno, gives me a better feeling that I bought something. I still buy games on sale on Steam and the like, but I still prefer having a copy.

I'm a gamer but I'm not a super gamer. I only have like, three consoles. PS3, 3DS and Wii. I used to have lots of vintage consoles but I either threw them out or sold them on eBay. I love the casual gameplay that the 3DS offers and of course, the Harvest Moon series which has pretty muched died on all other consoles. My favourite is definitely the PS3. To echo what Fab said, I will definitely be buying GTA V but i'm looking forward to lots of new releases, not just that. I think people don't really give these things enough of a chance. They just think 'uh, video games, I'm not in to them' but if you give many of them a bit of chance, I would bet money that most people would change their minds.

I hate when I realize I'm more mature than my parents in certain ways.

Like, at age 23, I've already developed the ability to, when I find myself getting too angry, walk away and simmer the fuck down before I get back into whatever argument I'm having. My mom? When she's mad at me, has to call me 20 times telling me how I must hate her blah blah blah before realizing, oh shit, maybe that wasn't the best idea and I should think more clearly about my reaction.

It's a good thing I know her well enough that I don't put any stock into her ANGRY FEELINGS!!111!!11

I can see your point. Sometimes I wonder how could it possibly happen that I can understand both my parents better than each one does for the other. They were married 7 years before I was born, so they techincally know each other and share experiences much more than I will ever do.

Still, it's only me who can calm my father down or completely avoid his anger tantrums, while my mother repeatedly does the same mistakes that cause Dad go boom.

I guess it's because of genes. Plain biology. I have DNA from both, I share personality traits with both. I understand them because they are both similar to me. But for one another, they are unrelated. They can't feel what the other is feeling. I think I do.

I've never played Paper Mario either, but it looks good. ;-;
Do eeeet. It's one of, if not my all-time favorite, Mario series. <3 Even if the latest edition isn't up to par with the first two, I still think it'll be worth a try.

Still prefer the 3D Zeldas by far, though. Not that there's anything wrong with Phantom Hourglass or Link to the Past. Spirit Tracks, on the other hand...eh...
[span="font-size: 5.0pt;"]Why are we implied whispering? :eek:[/span]

I've never played a LoZ game and I'm an awful person because of that.

Then again, I guess I'm just more of a PSfan boy. Simple as that, I just prefer to play GTA to Mario.
yes, yes you are. pls leave the thread now. and i'm not saying that just because i never had a ps1 or ps2 growing up...>:'(

And I have Ocarina of Time, I actually find it extremely difficult. That could just be because I'm a derp, though.
Replace OoT with Portal and that's me.

I have a PS3 that rots in my living room, and I'm perfectly content with leaving it that way, save for Sly Cooper 4, and maybe Xenogears and Ratchet and Klank.
You should send it my way, I'd treat it better. :I

Haha I'm just being silly.

I actually haven't even played a wii. Seriously.
surely all boys have a wii of their own to play with

Here's your answer:

Many people believed that Ghirahim wanted to kill Link because he hated him, but in actuality he tried to kill him because he loved Link and didn't want him to end up with Zelda.
Erk...not sure whether to believe it or not...
Many fanfic writers and fanartists would agree with that.

I'm pretty sure he tried to kill Link because he loves Demise, is a sadist and has anger issues.
Mizzle stop making so much sense.

IGN has some good walkthroughs. The days of spending £15 on guides are well over, i'm surprised they still print them.
I guess some people still like a hard copy. Or maybe them come with codes to enter to get exclusive content.
Admittedly got the RE4 guide for the poster, and the Mercenaries info (although I ended up never really using the latter...)

Is it wrong that I almost never leave home without Beatrice?

Is it wrong if I named my 3DS Beatrice?
Not at all, though I say that because it makes me think of Beatrice from When the Seagulls Cry/Seacats.
