Guys, Haagen Dasz ice cream is such bullshit. You get 1/3 as much ice cream for twice the price and it isn't even better.

Speaking of exams, I had my English oral presentation today, in which I cried, yet somehow still got a good mark! I also had history which I think I aced, and tomorrow brings another history, science, and geography. Wish me luck. ;~;

I've never liked Haaden Dasz, I don't get the hype. Ben and Jerry's is a lot nicer and usually cheaper.

Best of luck! :0

No exams? Are you sure it's a school and not a youth club? :b

Ben and Jerry's and Haagen Dasz cartons are both small, you dont get much ice cream in those :/ They are both really good though.

Yep. It's a school. Some get exams, only a few people though. They pick randomly who's going to have exams and who's not. Norwegian school system is pretty retarded imo, never really understood why they don't just give everyone exams. I was not chosen this year, so I'm not having any exams.

Maybe you got a good mark because you cried? :p

Ehh, when I had exam in VG1, my teacher got seriously sick on the exam day and later died, which effectively canceled that exam.

Men nå har jeg jo fem eksamener i vår da. Blir jo litt for lett med færre.

Add the fact that they're expensive as fuck over here. Well, in general, ice cream prices have increased a lot since I was young. I feel ripped off.

Still need to go and buy ice. I went for a walk to pass the time, primarily to buy ice cream. I walked for over an hour, and still didn't end up buying. I'll nag on my friend and go with him when he comes home, he owes me an ice-cream anyways.

I'm in VG1 now, and we're not getting any exams this year. Last year, my teacher also got sick and canceled the exam. He was completely fine the day after, it was really weird.

And I really didn't think there were other Norwegians on this site.

Well, VG1 exams is just a game of chance anyways. Not that having one of those exams requires too much effort, at least I think that in hindsight compared to my current situation.

There's not too many. You'll see one or two from time to time, but for the most part (and at least in this thread), it's mostly me.

I haven't had any so I wouldn't know. But from what I've heard, they're pretty easy compared to what they should be.

I've been a member here for less than a month, so I haven't met too many people yet. I don't even know any pokemon fans irl, so I thought maybe all Norwegian pokemon fans were extinct. Good to know I'm not the only one.

I... I have Ancient Greek for tomorrow. The most annoying subject ever made. Too good soon it will all be over!

About Norwegian Pokefans, dunno, I haven't ever been to Norway, though I would like to (Oslo looks good in photos).

Now to think of a name... I don't want it something as simple as "NorwayShipping", it must be something better!
Any thoughts??

Nah, not yet at least. Just that for the most part, most people aren't on forums. I live with some, and I know even more at my university (it's not exactly the hardest job in the world to find people with interest for a specific video game at NTNU, unless you play some very obscure games).

You know what that means. Shipping!

Nope, I met a pokemon fan when I was over there last week.

While this is true, Haagen Dasz is overpriced everywhere.

Greece:

Frozen Yoghurt: 1,70 euro (that is less than last year, yup I know there is a crisis, frozen yoghurt is one of the only things whose price fell)
Ice cream: 2,20 euro (that's more than last year, because said crisis does infect ice cream. Fro-yo is immune)
Haagen Dazs: 4,00 euro (ok, no comments here)

Hope I didn't make you hungry with my icy post :))

I'm guessing you visited Oslo? I live in the west part of Norway. Maybe I'm just meeting the wrong people.
