Yes. It's easier on the eyes.Wow, so now your Fab. XD
Well I hope they don't come in here and ruin the game for people that won't be able to play it immediately. They'll be here, I promise. Just wait a few days.
This is why I don't like third versions. I already know how everything looks like. At least with new regions even if I spoil myself most of it will still be new to me.
No, I feel the same way. I'm still looking forward to playing it, but I don't have the same level of enthusiasm I did when Gen V was first released (and the same with every generation before it).
Oh definitely, the third version is the better game. And yet i still get suckered into playing the first game haha.To Game Freak's credit, I've thought every "third version" preceding this one has been a marked improvement over the original games for the respective generation (except Yellow, but that's because it was my first Pokemon game). I'd much rather play Emerald and Platinum than R/S or D/P, for example.
Platinum was a vast improvement over D/P in that regard.I think Platinum was a big improvement, most noticeably in how fast the battles go. They're as slow as molasses in D/P, but in Platinum they're more up to speed.

No thanks. XDI can ruin the game for you without having played it.
I agree, Platinum was really good, it fixed the issues that D/P had, especially with loading speed. It remains my favorite Pokemon game.Platinum was a perfect example of third versions, and it's my favorite pokémon game. Emerald's problem for me is that it doesn't fix what I think is RS' problems to begin with. Platinum manages this, it takes most of DP's problems and fixes them. Don't know about Crystal, didn't really play it.
Emerald is not the greatest third version, it has very little difference between it and RS.
