I can never collect all the orbs, not really used to the controls yet and catching Pokemon is even harder. Tornadus gave me a headache. It wont let me use it again until I use 3DS link on White 2, but Im too lazy to get my starter and the Pokedex.

Upgrade your beam, it will shoot faster and allow you to rake up orbs more easily.

I upgraded it once already, maybe I'll upgrade it again at some point. I kinda find using Dream Radar awkward because of the controls.

At least you can just play the dream radar at home where no one can see you. If you want denpa-men in the game with the same name you are going to have to do the same only in public x)

Yes that game. And you can, but after a while there will be no more new denpa men in your house. So if you want new ones you'll have to go to another place where it can pick up an internet connection (it doesn't actually have to connect to the internet) and catch new ones there. Personally I've taken my 3DS to the park to catch a bunch there, and another time I caught some on the bus (one that had wi-fi).

Oh, okay. So as long as there's internet that can be recognized by the 3DS, you can find Denpa men in the environment there, even if you haven't actually connected to the internet? Like if there's wireless internet that is locked by a password, would denpa men still appear?
Oooh, bus with wi-fi. I haven't been inside a bus with wi-fi yet. Here only buses that cover (on a relative scale) long distances between stops (such as those that depart from airports, or those used for city tours) have wi-fi.

Yeah, that's correct. It just needs to notice a connection (or radio-wave as the game calls it), and not actually connect to it. Also the bus that I take to my university has been replaced by an interliner recently, one that for some reason goes all the way to schiphol airport in Amsterdam once every hour, so that might be one of the reasons they have wi-fi on it.

Speaking of which, I wonder whether positions are relative to the actual positions of access points.

Well that's interesting, as on the bus the denpa men reacted as if I was continiously moving, which technically I was, but then again so was the wi-fi source (both because of the moving bus).
