I don't get people that get crushes on tough guys. (Not nessicarly directed at Aki.) What about the sweet, cute, sad ones? What about the ones who nobody else would crush on?

This is funny, yesterday I was playing Call of Duty 4 online. I saw three enemies on front of me, one jumped out of the building. I pulled out a grenade and kept holding it. the enemies didn't see me. I crept closer then I and the two enemies blew up.(I am a martyr in Call of duty 4, never mess with me.)
It was a while ago, but it still confuses me. I was at the dentist and at some point the assistant and I start talking. I don't remember what about, and I don't know exactly what it turned to, but at some point I tell her that "it's called 'identification with the aggressor'," and explain that it's when the victim of aggression will prey upon others like their abuser preyed upon them. Then she said something along the lines of "you would know."
I don't know if it was intended as a (backhanded?) complement to my apparently inquisitive mind (some of the other dentists/assistants also mentioned to me that I like to ask a lot of questions or otherwise "like to know what's going on"), or if she was just joking around, or what. I didn't ask because I was too shocked and confused.
Alright, in Starfox Adventures, I am at the final part in the area Dragon Rock. You have to shoot these spires that surround a tower. You are flying on a creature called a CloudRunner, and you have to protect him. Thing is, the 4 spires are shooting like 10 missiles at you, so you have to shoot the missiles so they don't hurt the CloudRunner, leaving you about three seconds to shoot the spire. Thing is the dumb staff's fire blaster is so damn hard to aim so it's almost impossible to hit all the missiles, and you end up dying.
