It's weird. It feels like it's swelling up, but I don't see any change.

That's what they all said................................... before we took 'em out back and buried them. They got the zombie version of Swine.

To keep the off-topicness, how's this for a team on Ruby?
Blaziken, Altaria, Gardevoir, Crawduant, Camerupt and Azumarill?

Camerupt and Azumarill seem pointless, since Altaria can learn Earthquake and there's already Crawdaunt. why not Cradily, Manectric or Tropius?

edit: well my Emerald Gardevoir has Thunderbolt too so I'd suggest some Grass-type and maybe a Fighting-type instead. unless you want an electric type!

IMO, in game teams are all about aesthetics. If you like how your team looks, then it's a good team. No matter how badly balanced it is you can always just level up and eventually beat the game.

Re: The Bulbagarden Off-Topic Conversational Thread

Maybe yes, but I like to create a decent team, not just grind one or two pokés all the time, I find that boring. I actually want to create a decent team that can handle most situations.

Well, it really depends if I want to use the TM 26 or not. Cradily is ugly, and I don't like it, Manectric learns few viable moves in RSE (Thunderbolt and ... eh Bite?), Oh well, it doesn't really matter, although I want to experiment a little.
And I'm putting Thunderbolt on Gardevoir, as I always do. Along with Psychic and Calm Mind. The last spot is either Hidden Power (If I get a decent one) or Reflect.

Re: The Bulbagarden Off-Topic Conversational Thread

In that case I think it'll be a solid team. I would do things a little bit differently, but that's just because I have different pokemon preferences then you.

My ideal RSE team for going through the game would probably have to be:
Blaziken
Skarmory
Breloom
Gyarados
Gardevoir
Flygon

Damn it, now I kind of want to fire up sapphire and build this team. I don't even like Sapphire..

Re: The Bulbagarden Off-Topic Conversational Thread

my entire analysis of that team is type-based more than stat-based, which as far as I can tell can matter more in-game because of levels and everything. Altaria can one-hit KO plenty of things with just Dragonbreath while its Special Attack stat is fairly low. (though I still want Dragon Claw... )

but I also agree with Missingno. because my main team is aesthetically based primarily on the prettiest Pokemons of each type. if you like your team for some reason, then by all means use it.

also, Cradily is so badass and is pretty cute too so don't tell me it's ugly, because it's only ugly if you see its eyes as teeth (like I did for all this time until I saw a Battle Revolution video.)

as for my Emerald team, right now it's that Milotic I was so happy about scoring even with a dead internal battery, it's a Ninetales who I have no idea where to get 5-9 more levels on it at, Gardevoir who totally owned Magneton in the 3rd gym, aaaaaand Altaria who looks so much better in RSE than DPPt >:
I'm pretty much only playing for the double battle with Steven because I am a horrible fangirl so I don't really care that my other two, Azumarill and Mightyena, are HM slaves and nothing more. >w>

ONE MORE THING to again a tl;dr post.
lol @ the greatness of man thread. am I the only one who thinks someone doesn't realize what history books leave undocumented?
