No I did not. My last phone didn't have the capabilities. And it was new two years ago, that one. When I first got it.

Your phone can even get the internet? That's nice. What kind do you have?

@$aturn¥oshi: That's nice. Seems like phones like the internet more and more. At least, that's what I see from going to a whitebread college. I'm not that used to having internet access via phone and I'd probably get addicted to that.

@Nuregami: To be honest, I don't really know. It started this year[before the whole Ketsana incident!]. I just wanted to see where Tropical Storm Erika would go and I somehow ended up defecting to the Western Pacific area [read: hotbed of earthquakes]. That's how it went. They're called typhoons in that area, but in this one[atlantic], they're hurricanes. And in areas other than these two, they're cyclones.

tl;dr - Nash finds typhoons in another basin

and my signature links were supposed to be in alphabetical order. /slaps herself

back from Japanese class.

Hearing word of Google's IME... Hm, anyone using it yet? I'm hearing it's good from friends on twitter... Better than Microsoft's IME is what I'm hearing...

Anyone else willing to bet that Google will beat Microsoft sometime? xD

Using's Google's IME now. Vocaloid names are part of the dictionary. THIS IS GREAT. I always hated how Microsoft's IME turns 巡音ルカ into 巡りねルカ on just a single space press (not to mention her last name gets screwed up). Like, dude, wat the hell. Google's has all of the Vocaloid names (and ボーカロイド~!) part of the dictionary and suggests them for the complete phrase. Start typing in "megurin", and bam, it comes up with a little thing suggesting 巡音ルカ. Same for the rest of the Vocaloid names. WIN. ♥ It does longer phrases too, like "辞書の中" (In the dictionary), and remembers common orderings/kanji you've used better than microsofts.
