I was just reminded that the Red Dawn remake is coming out in November. That has been added to the list of awesome movies coming out in 2012.

I'm not one for video games turning into movies, but I bet that with the right director, the Gears of War series would make an excellent movie.
Is it bad that I would support an Earthbound movie?

@Neosquid The problem with Earthbound being a movie is the fact that there is little true story to it. They just go through seemingly random places.

Plus, the battle with Giygas would be absolutely ruined.

You have a point. Also, since Earthbound has more events in it than Mother 3, it might be hard to fit it all into one movie.

How could we state that we could not grasp the true form of Giygas's attack? Two options:

A. Cheesy statement by one of the characters.
B. Text Box.
