Isnt that kinda the point?

Yes great, you're a moderator, you're supposed to help users, and then you go hide yourself from them. It's like when an employee of a food-chain just goes to hide under the counter all day, rather than do his/her job serving customers. Only for some reason the former is widely accepted but the latter is not and will get you fired.

Not to be ignorant, but what do you mean when you say Mod's are hiding themselves?

Invisible mode. In that mode users will see you as offline all the time and won't be able to see your last online time on your userpage.

Not sure why they do that, I always assumed it was because there sometimes are people that bothered them or something, Im not talking about asking for help, but actually bothering them. This is just my thought, I dont really know.
