Good part with being alone is that I can make choices for myself. Like when eating lunch I can choose to hurry and eat instead of waiting for someone. XD
I'm used to eating lunch at school alone, though my parents and friends say that I should find some friends to eat lunch with. Which I can't understand, because I'm not the only one eating lunch alone, and not like that itself indicates I'm antisocial. :/
Hell yeah. No one is really pressuring you when you're alone
I'm used to eating with my friends. In fact, I always eat with my friends... we're always together. Almost everyone eats lunch together in my school. I hardly see anyone without their friends, eating lunch unless they're waiting for someone.
Mhmm, it's convenient especially since from my second semester, my school schedule became different from most of other friends. Plus my work schedule kicked in so I can't really eat lunch with my friends.
I'm pretty used to eating lunch alone and prefer it more actually. I was like that since high school (sad story, I'm rather antisocial irl, and in high school it was worse), and back then it was either frowned upon or mocked at. But after coming to college, everyone seems to understand that one can have a schedule of her own so hence it'd require her to eat lunch in a hurry or sometimes just skip it. It's one of the things I have loved after going to college actually. XD
I prefer eating alone because it means I can eat quickly to do something else I need to do. If it is a simple lunch, I could even take a short nap before the next class.
I don't mind either.... If it's a quick lunch at home while I'm doing something else, it's fine, but I love to go out to restaurants with my friends to eat. It's great fun.
Of course! I wouldn't oppose to having a relaxed lunch or dinner with a friend or two, it's so fun. As long as the food is great AND not so expensive
It's so fun chatting while eating good food together.
Haha, that's my problem these days. Recently I've started doing that a lot for the first time and blow all my money eating out.... Well school is gonna start soon so I'll just be eating lunch with my friends at school!
My neck is sore. Probably not related to crashing down a steep slope in rather high speed on my skis. Of course, things like that happens when you suddenly lose your right ski...
I got them adjusted afterwards. Turns out I've been going around with skis designed for people weighing more than 20 kg less than me. No wonder why I crashed so hard, considering how aggressive I ski. Gotta keep up the speed
It has been quite a while since I last went skiing.
Ouch, hope it's nothing serious, H-con. 0_o
I don't remember falling or getting injured while skiing, but then, I didn't ski aggressively. I stayed in the beginner's slopes. They were fun enough for me, and I once tried the intermediate level but at a certain hill, it was steep and I was scared. XD
I saw my friends skii while I stood watching since I was just a toddler at the time. Wasn't that bad, except the skii lift. Terrified of heights wasn't good.
Those ski lifts weren't so bad despite that I have a fear of heights, probably because I was so excited to get to the top of the slope.
Or maybe that I was just distracted not to look down or something. -_-;
I wish I learned to snowboard though. It looks so fun. ^^
