Ok, I just thought of a premise. It'll be a parody of the wednesday protest, and it'll be called "Don't Drop the SOPA"

Non-fiction preferably, though I'm open to suggestion. Not to big fan of generally criminal novels. I'm already ordering "A Brief History of Time" and "The Selfish Gene" to put my selections in some context

I also see you forgot a mention up there. Better make it two in the next post or an edit

I'm not sure why I asked, I don't really know enough about books to help you. If you were looking for science fiction I might have been able to help a little.

Has to be an edit, only one mention per post counts.

Oh well, I'll just browse around. I need to expand my book collection of you ask me. Then again, just bought "The Art of War" and "On the Origin of Species" as well, so I'll have plenty to read.

Here are some more: Wood cutting, movie reviewing, music reviewing, musical instrument, amateur film, collecting (stamp, rock, coin, etc), kite flying, curling, SCA fighting, armor making, glass blowing, ice skating, dancing, Sasquatch hunting, paranormal investigation, alchemy,

@Mijzelffan

more?

Cooking, ice cream making, photoshop, propaganda, paintball, diving, World of Warcraft, survival, hunting, fishing, gymnastics, drawing, painting, knitting, clothing design, simulated flight, simulated space flight, blogging, dollhouse making, caving, songwriting, astronomy, amateur radio,

That should be more than enough to get you started.

With physics, you could try to recreate famous experiments or if you are particularly motivated, buy a good college level physics textbook and teach yourself. I've been thinking of doing the latter (well, re-teach myself, because I already took a year of physics in college).

Oh, and you could buy a small torch and make artwork on grilled cheese sandwiches. Make one that has Jesus on it.
