Nope. I was too busy thinking thoughts like "Oh my fucking god, is that a shooting star? I can barely see any stars at all, and I just saw a shooting star? This is so awesome." and so on for a couple of minutes.

It's not as bad here for light pollution, although trying to see stars to the south is difficult due to Portland, OR. And it's overcast a lot of the time. One day I'm going to travel to the middle of the desert, far away from any human settlements, and have a star party.

Eh, I see the stars every night where I'm at since I live in the country....although going to school takes a long time compared to others.

I can see the stars okay from my house, but not as good as from away urban/city areas.

Well I do see stars at a lot of nights (as long as it isn't cloudy), it just pales when compared to when you're on a camping in Italy, far away from any cities for instance. I could even see the big dipper clearly there.

I've seen 3 shooting stars and never wished once. But their cool to look at.
