20 minutes before the class starts and the teacher who is in charge of the class has not arrived yet. What is happening. D:<

EDIT : Phew, I thought the teacher would be late. -_-;

Teachers are expected to arrive 20 minutes early for you? Here they're often up to five minutes late, sometime much more.

Well, this is a 'hagwon' - think of it like private tutoring offered in classes rather than individually - and it's horrifying when you're in the office and kids come in expecting to see their teacher, yet the teacher hasn't arrived yet.
"Where is the teacher?" The horror of dealing with that Q. XD

Still, yeah. Sometimes professors at the colleges are late, but those that I learned from, they weren't late unless it was already known that they'd be late (like due to a meeting, they'd let us know of those cases).

Oh yeah, that makes a little more sense since it's not a traditional school. A couple of times my teachers have come in near the end of a period and said "sorry, I forgot I had a class today!"

...wow, I never heard of such cases 0_o;
Don't the teachers get in trouble for that?

Well obviously the teachers are supposed to get to class on time, it's not like we report it or anything though.

I forgot like half the roles I had planned for my mafia. I guess that's why people tend to write stuff down, huh?
