Magnificent Entertainer sat at his ornate desk, once occupied by his mentor Enzap, and his protege, SoaringDylan.
As usual, a glass of whiskey was in his hand, this time, it was Glenlivet Founder's Reserve.
He swirled the contents of the glass thoughtfully for a moment, while shuffling the current staff list in his other hand.
He took a sip of scotch as he glanced over the list and propped his feet up on the desk. A few sections could use a helping hand or two.
His eyes landed on The War Room, one of his old haunts and a section he used to head. His eyebrow raised as he took another sip of booze.
His mind raced a mile a minute, as he began thinking about his masterplan for the future of the forums. Behind him was a cork board with many notes and news clippings pinned to it, and threads connecting them.
He glanced at the board, and nodded. Yes. Yes that would do nicely.
He picked up the phone and dialed a number.
His Deputy Head Administrator, Neo Blaze, picked up after the first ring.
"Do you have any idea what time it is?" grumbled the DHA.
"Sorry," apologized the forum boss, "but I need you to do me a favor..."
The following morning, ME was once again sitting at his desk, a mug of tea in one hand, as he addressed the pair of individuals sitting before him.
"So you see," concluded the Head Admin, "I have big plans for The War Room, and I need people I trust to keep a more direct eye on things there. I'd love to go back and haunt you all, but, at the moment, I'm still technically heading the Multimedia project, while we try to figure out what's going to happen there."
The purple phone on ME's desk started ringing. He sighed.
"I've got to take this call," he said, dismissing the duo.
As the pair of newly minted War Room mods left, they heard ME shouting something about the YouTube channel being on fire.
They shrugged and headed immediately to their new assignment.
Hey there, War Roommates! It is I, your former Section Head and currentpain in the ass Head AdMEnistrator, and it gives me great pleasure to announce that, starting today, there are two new mods (well, okay, one new mod and one returning mod) for this wonderful section.
Please join ME in giving a warm welcome to @Zachie, who has been a most excellent member of TWR's community, and let's all welcome back @TheCapsFan, who, as some of y'all may remember was modded for this glorious section at the same time I was.
Both of these staff members have proven themselves extremely capable time and again, and I know they will do well back here, in their home.
