Re: EEA: The Jaded Journey *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
“He's a pretty nice guy. You're lucky to be with him.” As a red circle of light appeared next to them, she stood up, and said, “Tell him I wish you two best of luck.”
Re: EEA: The Jaded Journey *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
Something in the rubble caught Jade's eye. She dug through it and pulled out... she herself didn't know what this black rectangular emerald was, though Blaze would.
Re: EEA: The Jaded Journey *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
“Oh yeah... I remember Wes found one of these about a year ago, during that whole 'worlds colliding' thing...” She put it in her satchel; surely, she thought, Blaze didn't want it. “So, uh, yeah. Good luck to you and Luke, and I'll see you later sometime.” She started towards the red circle of light.
Re: EEA: The Jaded Journey *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
“Alright. See ya!” As she stepped into the circle, Jade was surrounded with red light. When the light disappeared, she suddenly got the sensation she was very high up. She looked over a nearby cliff... “...Eep.” She was standing on a floating island! I must be several miles over the ocean! Well, no sense gawking about it. Better ask some of the locals if they've seen Wes. She started off towards a forest she saw nearby.
Re: EEA: The Jaded Journey *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
As she approached the forest, something else approached, from the other direction. It was blue, and travelling at a ridiculously high speed, giving neither Jade nor it time enough to move out of the way. The result was a high-speed collision, which brought the blur- Sonic the Hedgehog, no less- to a halt.
Re: EEA: The Jaded Journey *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
Jade, of course, issued a short scream, and was knocked flat on her back. She rose to a sitting position, holding her head, and scolded, “Watch where you're going!” She obviously hadn't, and still didn't, see who exactly had run straight into her.
