Re: EEA: The Final Chapter (Act I) *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
"This is madness. That map I had used before- it's useless now!" Rouge was essentially providing a stream of consciousness; she had contempt for the new layout, as, as she had said, the map she had used to plan her previous exploration of the temple (which had resulted in her fighting Jade) was now totally redundant.
Re: EEA: The Final Chapter (Act I) *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
The stairs exhibited some glowing mushrooms, and the occasional cobweb. Arriving at the bottom of the stairs, he lifted up the door ahead, allowing his friends to pass through before he himself proceeded onwards.
Re: EEA: The Final Chapter (Act I) *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
“Anything for you,” was his reply.
This room had a raised platform with a ramp leading up to it. The door leading to the next room was sealed with metal bars, but there appeared to be a closed eye-switch above it.
Re: EEA: The Final Chapter (Act I) *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
Wes took a second to figure out what the heck the eye-switch was staring at. When he did, he glanced back at his sword, and unsheathed it. Shing!
The eye had followed the sword from its scabbard to its current place in Wes' hand as he did so.
Re: EEA: The Final Chapter (Act I) *Me (That Guy) and Alex64*
Curious, he started to move his sword in a circular motion. The eye-switch followed it, slowly turning orange from its default blue, until it continued spinning without Wes' sword to follow, and closed. The bars over the door lifted soon afterwards.
