They will surely be in the announcement for the BW anime. I'm still not sure if that means we'll get it soon or if it will still occur around the movie's release. It matters little by now, though.

With the BW dates revealed, it seems like D/P is gonna end pretty much right after the Sinnoh league. Wow, with the Ash's old pokemon episode already revealed, we're coming super close to the ending episodes. I wonder if we'll see any interesting titles about Sinnoh's end in a few months or so.

The legendaries of BW also looks pretty cool. Definitely interesting looking and they contrast a lot with each other so that also makes them cool to look at. Can't wait to see them in anime form in the near future!

I really hope BW will be released in the very last week of September... just so DP will have as much eps as possible
Also, since we know 182 is the last ep of June, July is likely to only have 3 eps (I expect 2 breaks), August have 4 weeks and September have 5 weeks - assuming BW really is released at the end of September, then DP will have 193 episodes, minus two skipped recap eps = 191 eps EXACTLY... which is the EXACT same amount of eps AG had (with the same not-counting skipped recap eps rule, also not counting the Barboach ep that didn't air not even in Japan)
So May and Dawn will have the exact same amount of episodes and movies (of course not counting May's guest appearance in DP, which Dawn will probably get in BW too)

Wow I wonder what these two pokemon will represent in the anime. I also wonder if they will have anything to do with the hampion like the past two generations have.

And remember how everyone thought Dawn would outlast May in episode count? I guess not.

Well, if Dawn appears for more than 4-episodes in the BW region she might.

So May and Dawn will have the exact same amount of episodes and movies (of course not counting May's guest appearance in DP, which Dawn will probably get in BW too)

It amuses me that Dawn did not get as many Contests as May did. Oh well.

Does it really matters? Dawn got less Contests since DP had one journey rater than two... but both Dawn and Contests got much more focus in DP
So it evens out and after all - it's still Dawn who got more screen time regardless of ep count (Misty has more than both of them, yet both had a much bigger role)

Also, May had 7 Contests in Hoenn (5 wins, 2 loses) + the first Contest that she didn't participate in... then 6 in BF (5 wins, 1 lose) so it's a total of 13 Contests that May actually participated at, 14 if you count the unofficial Contest of Ash/May

Dawn had (5 wins, Jubilife lose, Hearthome failure, Solaceon failure, Sandlestraw lose, Lillypad lose) so that makes it 10 Contests
Then if we count the unofficial Jessie/Aipom Contest, it's 11
Then we have the Movie 10 Contest (yeah, we didn't saw much, but we got some still shots and we know Dawn participated) so it's 12
12 isn't really that of a change from 14, especially when May had a second journey and Dawn didn't
Also, while we all know it wasn't really Dawn, Salvia participated as Dawn in a Contest, looked identical to her so it really looked as if it's Dawn and won using a Poké that eventually went to Dawn... so I don't know, we might count this too and get to 13
Then there are a lot of Contests we saw short scenes from or the twerps watching on TV... much more than AG had (did AG even gave us similar scenes?)
Oh... and there was that random Hearthome Collection competition which was very similar to a Contest performance that Dawn won with Buneary...

So really, it's not like May or Dawn got an extremely different amount of Contests... it's more or less the same amount of Contests, exactly the same amount of episodes (well, May might have 1-2 more if BW comes out earlier in September) and after all - Dawn got more screen time, focus and development

She had 16 total. 15 in AG, (I count May Vs. Drew at the Pyramid as it was a full contest stage with judges), and the Wallace Cup.

Dawn had 11. The 12th would be Princess Salvia's contest, but that wasn't Dawn herself so I don't count it for her. I didn't even count the Janet contest.

Then there are a lot of Contests we saw short scenes from or the twerps watching on TV... much more than AG had (did AG even gave us similar scenes?)

That's contest screentime, but not for Dawn. We saw Zoey do a contest in the beginning of the last Candice ep too.

So really, it's not like May or Dawn got an extremely different amount of Contests... it's more or less the same amount of Contests, exactly the same amount of episodes (well, May might have 1-2 more if BW comes out earlier in September) and after all - Dawn got more screen time, focus and development

Yep, but in the end, two Grand Festivals was a better idea as it showed gradual improvement. Dawn getting in second in her first try was just too much.

Now go reply to my VM

Here is what I think would be kinda cool to see in the Black/White series:

-A complete new start. Very little references to the current story with Ash. Maybe have the him and Pikachu show up in a cameo older or something.

-As for the characters, use both the trainers from the new games and maybe another guy. I think it'd be cool if the main guy would have a sort of sarcastic personality while the girl is more of a adventurous dreamer. The guy would do gyms, while the girl competes in those Pokeathlon things. The tone of the show would be more slapstick and comedy based rather than "GYM,GYM,MUST TRAIN POKEMAN". Maybe something simlar to the Advanced series, but with more of the crazy stuff found in the original series.

-As for evil teams and stuff, get a new group, similar to Jessie James and Meowth. Maybe have them a little more threating but still for the more part still losers/funny guys. They also shouldn't show up every episode, to cut down on repeativeness.

Just my thoughts though, I know they probably won’t do anything like this.

So what do ya think?

You are just one level below those people who say Dawn wont be in BW.

The anime isn't about following some random fan's wishlist. It's about some old Japanese dudes (and some women) piggybacking part of a lucrative franchise to meet certain material needs. They won't change their "baby" so that it suits your pseudo-juvenile fantasies of "KEWL, AWSZOM, BADAZZ". They are going to stick with the same Jonas Brothers-like safe, family oriented horse manure they have done since 1997.

^Manure? My god if you want to describe it like that then why watch?
I don't think that BW will be 'revolutionary' like the games are meant to be. If that is the case, then I shall be pleased. BW should be like DP, awesome.

Oh and guy, I know already know everything you said. Of course they aren't gonna change anything. Just posting what I think might be kinda cool to see. I try not to take this stuff to heart.

Scott and Piplup are like an old married couple... how cute 8) AlwaysArguingShipping is definitely my favorite ship.

I say we drop everybody in the current anime and replace them with Scott and Piplup. That would be the ideal cast for the BW saga. But I'll just leave that at that since that will never happen.. sigh.

Just like Dawn staying isn't likely either. Oh well!!!! x)

Well, the anime is always more conservative than the games.

As it was discussed before, there is no time for Dawn to get a "proper" exit. She is just going to follow Ash until the very end, then begin anew in Isshu.

Offtopic, but why are the games going to be revolutionary?

Well, the anime is always more conservative than the games.

All the "going to be dark and edgy", "you'll be thinking, is this Pokémon?!". Just stuff said to hype it up in the advertising.

(I count May Vs. Drew at the Pyramid as it was a full contest stage with judges),

But it wasn't really a Contest, not even an unofficial one... it was just a random Contest Battle, much like the various Contest Battles out of Contest that DP gave us (like Dawn VS Johanna) simply more hyped to be a Contest...
You really shouldn't count that... it's a single battle, not a real whole Contest

nd the Wallace Cup.

That's not fair to include stuff May did after she left the main cast
We're comparing them as main characters... also, Dawn will probably get some Contest later in BW too

Dawn had 11. The 12th would be Princess Salvia's contest, but that wasn't Dawn herself so I don't count it for her. I didn't even count the Janet contest.

I already explained how it's 12 WITHOUT the Salvia Contest...
Also, you often say the Hearthome Collection was too similar to a real Contst and since you count May/Drew's battle, then that sure counts too
So it's 13 without Salvia...

That's contest screentime, but not for Dawn.

You did argue that Contests didn't get more in DP... I think

We saw Zoey do a contest in the beginning of the last Candice ep too

And saw Jessie doing a whole performance during Ash's Hearthome Gym Battle and getting the ribbon
And a quick scene of Jessie winning her 4th ribbon
And various characters shown winning on TV
That's more Contest screen time...

Yep, but in the end, two Grand Festivals was a better idea as it showed gradual improvement. Dawn getting in second in her first try was just too much.

I can't see what's so hard to understand here- May got lucky in her Contests and had hard time in her GFs, while Dawn had hard time in Contests and got it easier in the GF
It's all based on luck and can happen in real life too - the Sinnoh GF just happened to include more beginners than Hoenn/Kanto GFs

You are too pushy.

I said NOW!!

If she does not have enough time to decide she wants to leave, how can you think she'll have enough time to decide she wants to stay? And regardless, they don't need to spend 5+ episodes on Dawn's departure, that can be handled in like 3 episodes, if that. And seeing as the new games release in September, they will likely have enough time to do the league and have episodes left over for Dawn to decide what she wants to do.

Yeah, this changes nothing about how I think what remains of DP will play out, but they can still surprise me with the placement of the league. Tomorrow we should get what the first ep of July is supposed to be.

Where did you get that from? Is there a permament time for new titles to come out? Is there some kind of source that's supposed to reveal stuff tomorrow?
