I really think they are going to knock every main girl off the show from now on because each new girl will represent the generation is being entered. I feel bad that Dawn's not going to be seen beating Zoey or Nando but because a new generation is beginning in September a new region is being explored and Dawn can't be there because her and her Piplup would make it seem as if the writers were still trying to market the Sinnoh region which they no longer need to do because there's gonna be a new one.

That is not how marketing works.

You know, maybe Dawn won't decide where to go in DP 181, but it will be a factor. Also, May had a different set up to leave episode, with the BF and all, so who's to say Dawn won't in one of the last eps of DP?

That is true, but the option to leave with Kenny ends in DP180 IMO.

this is true but I never thought Dawn leaving with Kenny was an option unless Kenny switched to gyms. I think Dawn will follow Zoey to whatever region she goes next to beat her in the next GF but she'll travel alone

Why would the option to leave with Kenny end there? Assuming Kenny continues with contests I don't think she would be willing to travel with a rival. She might decide after the league to travel to the same region but I think that because she did so well in the GF that she might travel alone but in the same region.

It doesn't mean a UFO can hover over her and take her away.

You explain things based on what available and the least complex. It's called Occam's Razor.

Why do you seem to think that if Dawn doesnt decide to leave with Kenny in this episode then she's staying for Isshu. We didn't know the Misty or May were leaving until right before they did. There's still more than enough time to give Dawn a proper sendoff

The simplest explanation is probably the right one.
Thats how people should predict events in these last episodes.

Did Ash battle Drew to determine if May traveled with him? Just think about, do you really think they are going to have their main protagonist lose in a battle of friendship?

No this again. Most likely Ash won't know what's going on, and it'll be between Dawn, and Kenny. I wouldn't be surprised if Ash went the entire episode not knowing what the hell is going on.

On to the League, seeing Barry battle Paul would be fun. Paul would likely thrash him, and Barry would likley want to fine him horribly. I also wonder if Paul, and Ash will get double narraration in the preview for their battle.

Think about it, why would Dawn travel with Kenny after he basically put her and Ash in this silly predicament in the first place? I just don't see Dawn having pity for Kenny, and leaving Ash high and dry to travel with him.

She can do anything she wants.

Because the show does not permit people (or pokemon) to be taken away by force in a definite manner. Case in point, Team Rocket trying to catch Pikachu.

You did and others did not know. People with enough smarts could have figured (or looked at the working voice cast for next season) would have known.

She can do anything she wants.

Did Dawn ever express leaving Ash in a positive manner?

I don't think Dawn would travel with anyone, if she did leave. I don't think May travels with her rivals, I think she travels alone and meets her rivals for contests, I'd expect Dawn to do the same since she's learned alot from Ash and Brock.

I never said she was going to be taken away. She might decide to leave on her own in a later episode after the league.

Exactly she needs to start learning things on her own now and let Ash have someone else to hang with because she is a good enough trainer now after being 2ND PLACE in her 1ST grand festival.

Kenny putting a condition on her negates that.

You're not reading anything I say are you? What I'm saying is that even though she might not leave with Kenny in this episode, she might still decide to leave Ash to travel by herself in a later episode. Just because her fate isnt revealed in this episode doesn't mean that she's automatically staying for Isshu
