I'm so not creative about names.
Name: Victoria (Vicky for short)
Gender: Female
Age: 27
Species/Type: Victini
Moves: Searing Shot- Victoria emits a halo of fire, burning anything around her.
Zen Headbutt- Victoria concentrates her psychic energy around her head and uses it as a weapon.
Quick Attack- Victoria focuses on her speed, moving quickly and striking her opponent.
Final Gambit- Victoria expends all of her energy to damage her opponent, passing out from the stress when her task is complete.
Ability: Victory Star- Vicky's accuracy rises in order to help her win.
Appearance: Vicky is red headed, and her hair is cut in a short bob. It spikes up on top of her two pointy Victini ears, which grant her excellent hearing. They resemble a V. Her eyes are big and bright blue, and they have the unnerving quality of not having pupils or white. They are just blankly glowing blue. There are two feathered yellow wings tucked against her shoulder blades. She has three fingers on each hand, and her skin is tinted a yellow color.
Personality: Vicky is rather aloof. She's extremely aware of the power she wields as the Victory Gijinka, but is hesitant to grant it to anyone she doesn't trust innately. She believes that the scientists created her solely to harness this power, and is therefore very cold towards them. She isn't mean to them like Desoloth is: she just doesn't listen to them and won't be forced to. Her stubbornness is extremely annoying.
History: Victoria suspects that she had a life before being turned into a Gijinka, but she can only remember bits and pieces of it, a fact that annoys her to no end. She wants desperately to know who she is, but won't let the scientists know this because that would give them a weakness to exploit.
(She was actually a gym teacher who was selected to become the Victini Gijinka because she kept pressuring her students to win. The scientists were rather disappointed when she didn't seem to remember her past, as it meant they'd have to start from scratch with her.)

Age: 22 in human years
Appearance: The tip of one of her ears is missing.
Personality: She enjoys trying to puzzle out the mystery of the scientists, especially when it involves sneaking around.
History: Vicky believes she owned Sahara and Zila before she was captured and brought them with her into captivity, although she has no way of validating this.
