^^ may like some similar 'doodads' that ^ has.

Yes, you can join a usergroup, but the selection is very limited. If you go to your User CP and click under 'group memberships' on the left, you can select a group to join.

Brick?

^Isn't coming to help interpret these signals I received from the deep reaches of outer space, but not because our new masters have forbidden anyone but my father and me from seeing

^ isn't being reprogrammed into a bio-terminator.

A condition that makes a hard drive unrecoverable or so utterly corrupted that it's unusable.
Essentially a lead paper weight :/

Luckily I could still format it, but I couldn't get the previous data I wanted off it. I don't know what it was I did prior to recovering the files, but the only reason I started tampering with it was because the dang thing would never get past the boot screen. And then it all went downhill from there.

Ouch.

My dad's had to reformat the drive a couple of times, but I don't think we've ever rendered one completely unusable.

^'s hard drives aren't part of the foundation that support the West Coast. Silicon Valley would like some of those royalties if that were the case.

Yeah, at least I could save the hard drive. I would have been sore if I couldn't, but in the end I ended up having 30 gigs more space that I thought. I'm not sure where that extra space came from.
